Yep, my 3GS does that too, on a approved basis. Everytime though, all I accept to do is lock it and alleviate it, and it consistently snaps out of it (at atomic so far). Purely based on intuition, I would accept it is a software issue, not hardware… let’s achievement 3.0.1 solves the problem.
