I was apprehensive if there is a way to actual or change time in World Clock in Iphone 3GS. I put in Minsk, Belarus and it comes up aforementioned time as US time.
This will not change my activity but it is a function.

Nope. Turned off Area Svcs and approved the Compass. Would not plan after area casework on.

Well, I’d not alarm it a ‘bug’ because it acceptable was advised that way, conceivably for simplicity. Definitely a ambiguous architecture decision, though.

Why would you wish to do this? The alone way I apperceive to do this would be to go to ‘Airplane Mode’ or acquisition a no-cell zone. FWIW, if I go to aeroplane mode, my ambit seems to abide to accomplish with Area Casework on, but not if off.

My timezone chaged?
When I goto the Alarm App and analysis the Timezones, it displays the amiss time for my zone, the Montreal timezone is in fact 5 hours off. But for some old acumen my alarm is the appropriate time. How can I fix this?
This in fact happened to me b4 on my 3G, but now its happened afresh on my new 3GS. I absolutely wiped it and afresh adequate it to get it alive again, but it took a bit over 2 hours, im abiding there’s a faster added able way.
Scratch that I just adequate it and still timezone is wrong…
Today while searching at my emails noticed the time on them is off from the absolute time. I looked at the apple alarm they area all aswell off. funny affair is I’m in Montreal and my iphone was contradicting itself assuming the absolute time altered from the Montreal area although , anyways I anticipate its a bug actuality is the workaround: go to settings
