New iphone can\’t type the e or s or z keys

I got an aboriginal iPhone on the day it launched over a year ago and 3 hours ago I bought a new 3G iPhone.

On my new iPhone I can’t argument or blazon annihilation with the E, S, or Z keys. Even if boring things it seems to be a botheration on a verticle arbor that aligns with the e-s-z keys.

Im abashed that there accept to be something amiss with the buzz but I assume to bethink something like this with my aboriginal phone. It was harder to blazon an E at aboriginal but at some point it dissappeared.

Any account on what I should do or accept you heard of this problem?

I bought from an ATT abundance and ability accept got the endure one. Would the bounded Apple abundance alter it for me?

Any advice is appreciated.
