Your botheration is mentioned in this forum. It’s is due to the adjacency sensor. It’s not defective, it’s just that your awning protector is blocking the sensor in the articulation mail. I took it afar and reseated the awning protecter and it seems to be alive accomplished now.
If you accept time, alarm Griffin and address this botheration to them. I advance you should NOT use the awning protector they accept provided to you. It not alone allows dust to get it, but aswell accept bad bubble diffraction. Small dust that is harder than the iPhone’s bottle may in fact able to blemish it, so at the end it’s not a awning protector but a dust blemish film.

Same botheration here. Neither the boutique ‘tech’ guys nor angel abutment had a clue. Worked it out myself. And accede with all the comments about the harder (perspex or polycarbonate) awning getting usless. Just curtains dust underneath.
