Iphone Remote App on Macbook Pro

I acclimated to use a Pc and if i set up the Remote app it formed amazing appropriate away. I just bought the macbook pro and it wont plan it wont even admit the app. This doesnt accomplish faculty does anyone has a similiar botheration or can anyone advice me out
