Iphone 3G overheated when charging – no longer charges

I had an adventure endure anniversary area I went to stick some allegation into my 3g buzz afore bed so that I could set my anxiety etc for the morning. Since the adventure I was able to use the buzz to accept to music on the alternation to plan about it has not taken allegation on any charger afar from one in my bounded O2 store.
They approved both the charger I had answerable on and one in their store, my cable and charger did not plan wheras endemic answerable immediately.
I accept approved affairs a cast new cable, new 3rd affair charger and aswell now activated on my sister in law’s 3g cable and mains charger and none of these accept apparent the buzz to be demography any charge. I accept aswell approved charging via my usb 2.0 anchorage anon from my PC and there should be no issues with brain-teaser on there with a 700w PSU.
Any suggestions on how to advance are acceptable as I am now out of ideas.
